Thames Valley Police - First Aid Training Nov 2011

This weekend I was trained in emergency first aid for Thames Valley Police by Ian. I would just like to say how brilliant he was. Despite the long hours and at points, slightly dry topics, Ian kept our group constantly engaged and involved. Not one person was left out and I personally feel much more confident using first aid than I have ever felt after completing previous St John’s first aid courses. It really helped that Ian has had a lot of experience as a police officer himself, as he was able to talk about his experiences and give us an idea of what to expect as officers. I thoroughly enjoyed the course as did my colleagues, who all agreed that Ian was great. I’ll be suggesting to my university that we consider using Aid Training in future as well. I would be grateful if you could pass on my gratitude to Ian, and also to the other trainer who spent his weekend training the other half of our group.

Basic Life Support for Health Care Professionals Nov 2011

Dear Sir I am writing on behalf of all who attended CPR training done at our medical centre by Terry on Wednesday 2nd November 2011 The feedback from everyone and was that it was educationally excellent and also fun . In particular the relaxed and interactive manner in which it was delivered was greatly valued .We all enjoyed it. Please could you pass this on to Terry. On behalf of all the doctors and nurses Dr S A Hai GP Principal Islington Central Medical Centre

London Bridge Hospital - November 2011

I have just attended CPR / AED etc training with Terry. I have been to many of these type of session in the past and I have to say today’s was excellent. Terry pitched it at exactly the right level. It was very informative (he clearly knows what he is talking about), but also he included a fair amount of humour which, besides from making us all laugh lots, kept the session engaging. Thank you Terry!! Dr Ben Smith

7303 / PTLLS Course Feedback Oct 2011

Just wanted to drop you a line to compliment the training delivered by Ian Buckley in respect of the PTTLS. I thought the delivery by Ian was aptly pitched and his personable nature made it an interactive, fun and engaging course; notwithstanding the key learning imparted upon me and the other delegates (who admittedly added to the environment and humour!). Just thought you'd appreciate the feedback. GuardForce Security

Emeregency First Aid at Work for Sense Oct 2011

Just wanted to say how fantastic the First Aid Training was on Friday. The trainer was brilliant and very thorough. I have been on these types of courses in the past but felt I learnt a lot more during this one.

First Aid Instructors Course - Sept 2011

Last week I attended your Train the trainer First Aid and AED course in London. Chris Mahon was the tutor. Having been a teacher for 15 years I am fully aware of the demands of training others and I also have very high expectations of courses I attend. With that in mind I just wanted to say that last week was a pleasure! Chris is an awesome instructor - clear, humorous and with a high level of expertise. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and felt that I had really moved forward as a teacher/trainer myself by the end of the week. He really did a fantastic job and I felt that my money had been spent wisely and I will definitely consider AID training for future courses.

Emergency First Aid Course for myhotel Bloomsbury Sept 2011

A group of us came for first aid training yesterday with Terry and I just wanted to leave some feedback. The training was done incredibly well and is by far the best course I've taken. It was informative and yet still entertaining - which made it really easy to remember the information. I just wanted to say thanks to Terry and to Aid Training on behalf on myself and my colleagues

Emergency First Aid Course August 2011

Thanks for the training course and your prompt efficient service. Trev is a very good instructor and it was refreshing to know that your company kept the course day on, even though there was only two attending on the day. An excellent service which I will be happy to recommend to others. Best wishes, Chris Smith

KBR Feedback August 2011

Thank you your assistance is much appreciated and exactly the reason I chose AID Training again after previous enjoyment on my last course attended.

Neil F - Service Leaver

I would like to say thank you for all the work you have given me whilst I've been waiting to start my new job. It has been greatly appreciated. I should also say with complete sincerity that I am able to get these contracts because of the training, skills, knowledge and help given by yourself and instructors.

Emergency First Aid - July 2011

Just wanted to let you know that we successfully finished a full day of training (the 2 sessions)! The feedback we have been getting from the attendees is simply amazing! I will be sure to send you copies of the feedback forms soon. Everyone just LOVED Terry, he was really fantastic and kept everyone engaged with what he was saying, he had a terrific way of keeping the whole group interested throughout the day!! It was great to be able to give out the certificates to all right people after the training (although some though I had them printed in the office) but no worries, I showed them the postal package! A very big thank you to you and your team for making this training a very successful one for our office! Have a lovely evening D. Zedan

ELC Funded Service Leaver

I would like to thank you and the team for looking after me over the past few months with the courses that I have undertaken it has been very much appreciated. The different instuctors Hamish (PI), Peter (First Aid Instructors) and Steve (Fire Awareness Instructor) that have taught me over the past few months have been very professional and nothing was too much trouble for them, please pass on my sincere thanks to them when you see them next. I would recommend aid training to anyone that would like to do the courses that you teach. A Bond

Maritime and Coastguard Agency - First Aid Instructors Course July 2011

Just thought id drop you a note to say how great the MCA First Aid Instructors course was that was held in the MCA training centre in Highcliffe on the 4th - 7th July. The course was delivered expertly and in a very structured manner and everyone on the course agreed that Chris who delivered the course was one of the best tutors we have had. His knowledge was very evident and that made for a very informative course that was pitched at the level of the learners. I would like to personally thank Chris as I came onto the course having spent 3 years training First Aid for the MCA, and I can say the level of additional knowledge I gained was exceptionally high and the information gained will be invaluable and help me greatly in future course deliveries. I look forward to working with yourselves on an ongoing basis as Chris portrayed your professional company image perfectly and for me thats what counts. Best Regards Paul Hartlepool Coastguard

Feedback from a GP Surgery July 2011

I and the partners wanted to thank you again for the Fantastic Resus training inwhich our staff received. On 17th June we had an 82 year old patient come into the practice for a routine appointment and collapse at reception with a cardiac arrest (1st time for over 20 years!). When one of our doctors assessed the patient she was found to be unresponsive, not breathing, no cardiac output. Two of our doctors performed CPR for 6-8 minutes and then paramedics arrived with AED. One of our doctors then defibrillated the patient on 2 occasions which was successful. The patient has made a good recovery and being released from hospital this week. The doctors have commended the training not just because it was (thankfully) 2 days prior to the incident but because it was comprehensive and also the AED training was the on the same machine as the paramedics had which helped immensely with the familiarity. It also helped that 2 out of the 3 receptionists who were involved had also had the training which gave them more confidence with dealing with the situation. Please accept our appreciation for arranging the training and pass on our gratitude to all of your colleagues involved.

FPOS Course Warminster June 2011

I have just completed the FPOS Intermediate (Plus extended skills) Remote & Tactical Medicine Course, held in Warminster 6-10 June 2011. May I take this opportunity to commend the professionalism and dedication of the course instructor, Chris. His approach to the subject of first aid is both refreshing and stimulating. His subject knowledge is exhaustive, clearly demonstrating that he is absolutely passionate about his chosen vocation. This coupled with a great personality and a well developed sense of humour Chris maintained and promoted further interest in learning throughout the course. What is noticeable about Chris is that he clearly is at ease with teaching and would be at home interacting with young children, adult civilians or hardened servicemen and women. Chris is an absolute gem and a real asset to A.I.D Training and Operations Ltd. I would also like to thank the instructors who assisted during the afternoon at the Paint ball site, there input was also invaluable and again it goes without saying that they acted in the most professional manner. I will have no hesitation in recommending A.I.D Training and Operations Ltd.

First Aid Instructors Course - Maritime & Coastguard Agency May 2011

Just to give you some feed back on the above course. Chris Mahon the instructor was first class! The course was perfect at 6 days, some say it was too long! but I found it just right and thorough. First Aid was never my best subject and was never that keen on it, but Chris turned me round and gave me the enthusiasm and confidence in teaching this subject, ( as well as doing it!) something which no other instructor has ever done. I would like to thank Chris for his hard work over the 6 day course and the way it was presented and the manner was spot on!

7303 / PTLLS Telford May 2011

I would just like to say thanks to Aid Training for the fantastic PTLLS & FAI Instructors course I've just completed in Telford as part of my Military resettlement, The level of instruction was outstanding and I cant wait to put the skills to practice. A fantastic journey from start to finish both support and delivery at the highest standards. RAF Regt

JHP Training Paediatric First Aid Instructor - May 2011

Just want to say that the feedback I have received from the assessors regarding the PFA training was exceptional. They really liked the way Chris taught and said that he put them at complete ease. Would it be cheeky for me to ask for the same trainer for the assessors who will be on the August training?

Montway Ltd - First Aid Course April 2011

Thank you for organizing the first aid training day. It was very useful and we had to put some of the items into practice on one of our sites recently. Luckily our guys were listening and knew what to do on the day. Montway Ltd

Aegis - FPOS Course

I would just like to say how much i enjoyed my recent FPOS course in March. The instructing by Kenny was first class and relevant to my work abroad. The mixture of class room and practical was spot on, which kept everything fresh, and made for a better learning experience. I am already looking forward to future courses with your company.

Lincoln Youth Matters - Paediatric First Aid Course April 2011

We recently had Graham here at our youth centre doing a one day paediatric first aid course. I would like to say what a great experience it was and how much our group of 14 to 17 year olds enjoyed it. I am always a bit nervous when we get outside providers in to work with our young people, as they can be a bit difficult to manage. Sometimes, providers who offer training to young people, do not have the right skills or knowledge of how to keep a group of young people thoroughly engaged. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the content of the course, how it was delivered, and Grahams understanding of the need to have plenty of breaks! If anyone was to ask me if I knew of a company that delivers this kind of training I would have no hesitation in recommending you.

BG Group - Emergency First Aid March 2011

My colleague Jackie Belgrave arranged for a half day general first aid course for us today, which your presenter Chris Mahon delivered. On behalf of the group who attended, I just wanted to provide some feedback for you. The content was superb, Chris knew the relevant technical authority to refer to, had a clear, compelling way of delivery, a great teaching style and frankly made the whole event enjoyable. As a direct result, the whole group participated fully, absorbed more, and came away positively energised. I wish all course presenters had the natural ability Chris had to relate to his audience. Please pass on my sincere thanks to Chris. I’m sure word of mouth will spread to additional work either privately and/or with BG Group as result.

Bedfordshire Police - First Aid Feb 2011

I just wanted to express my thoughts to you regarding the above First Aid refresher. I really just wanted to say that the input given on the course was very informative and the trainer very effective at delivering the information in a manner that really helped the information to be imbedded . I know it may sound silly but this is the first time i have gone away from a First aid course feeling as though i have learnt much more than i expected. The trainer i feel needs to be congratulated for his delivery of the course.

Sense - Emergency First Aid - Feb 2011

My name is Jane Hitchcock and I work for a company called Sense in Dereham, Norfolk. Yesterday I had to attend a First Aid training course at our training centre in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire. After a 90 minute drive from home, I was dreading a full day of listening to some guy droning on about how to apply a bandage........how wrong I was! Our instructor was a guy from Watford called Terry with an incredible sense of humour. Terry was full of funny stories and had the ability to make the whole day very enjoyable and extremely informative. I have been working in care for 18 years both here in the UK and in Australia and have attended many first aid courses, none of which were a patch on yesterday. Please would you pass on our thanks to Terry for a great day!

HMP Guys Marsh - 7303/PTLLS January 2011

With reference to the PTLLS Courses that we held in January 2011, and your company provided the training, I can supply the following comments that were made by the delegates. The whole event was extremely useful and informative. There was opportunity to ask the trainer questions in order to complete the work effectively. Content and guidance from the trainer helped information assimilation Gave a good structure and understanding of how to better my delivery 30 minute micro teach was great and feed back given How the theory of teaching works in practice. Looking forward to putting all that I've learnt into practice Looking forward to developing more in this area. Learning about different learning styles. Really really enjoyed this course, the training provider was excellent The courses, as you can see were very well received and what was so useful was that you were able to adapt to our needs, ie the Fast track and the full course which was excellent as it meant that we didn't loose staff for longer than was needed. Once again thank you and your training staff for a first class service

N. Rowe - First Aid Instructors Course

I would just like to thank you personally for the course that I attended last week. I have just left the military and attended a great deal of courses in the last three years. The instructors course that I did was up there with the best. From the time I first enquired about the courses you run until I left on Friday, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were extremely professional. Could you please pass on my thanks again to Trev for all his efforts and continued help. I particularly enjoyed my time learning within your company and staff, I will definitely be recommending to colleagues the benefits of your courses. May I also thank you for the prompt delivery of my certificates, I finished friday afternoon and they were delivered monday morning. What more can you ask for? May I just thank you again for all the help and advise I received from your extremely knowledgable team and I look forward to the next course which will hopefully be in the next couple of months.

A Foxon - 7303/PTLLS

I received my certificate for the PTLLS course yesterday. Many thanks for that, but more importantly, thanks for your help and support in achieving it. I was very impressed with the way you dealt with me before the course and very impressed with the course itself. I learned new things and skills and know where I need to keep developing. I’ve already recommended you to some friends and I expect to come back to you for more myself sometime.

The Flight Centre - Emergency First Aid - Jan 2011

I would just like to give my thanks and appreciation for sending Chris to train my work colleagues and me on Emergency First Aid. After attending the course today in New Malden I would highly recommend Chris to others for his knowledge on the subject and his effective and enthusiastic presentation skills. One can see that he is passionate about preserving life, preventing any further injury and promoting recovery and this passion he has is truly inspiring and contagious. My wish is that more people would receive the training and enablement that comes with the very practical and sensible skill to have.

CST - First Aid at Work Nov 2010

I just wanted to let you know that we have just finished our 3 day course with Rob and I wanted to say how great he was. Please pass on to the management at a.i.d training that it was a pleasure to have Rob at our offices and the entire group appreciated his style, knowledge and stories. This is now the 4th course I have been involved with a.i.d training and will certainly use you for any future course or referrals I have.

Cookson - First Aid at Work Nov 2010

We used the services of you company last week for a in house 3 day First Aid training at our office in Fleet Street London. My decision to use your company was an easy one, after the initial phone contact with Julia Hunt who made the booking process painless and supplied all information I required. The course it self was excellent and Ross Hooper your trainer was brilliant he put every one at easy and continued to teach in a professional manner over the 3 days and we all passed. All six participants ( including myself ) are senior managers here at Cookson and agree with my comments regarding the course. Will you pass on our thanks to your staff concerned.

L'Ile aux Enfants School - Emergency First Aid

We had our First Aid training yesterday with John and Angela. It was absolutely fantastic, actually the best training we ever had. Initially, most of our staff was a bit reluctant towards this training, but at the end of the day they were all more than satisfied with what they learned. they made the course really interactive. I thank you again for your cooperation.

Care UK - October 2010 Instructors Course

Thankyou very much for the very informative and interesting Branch Instructors course I just attended in Hammersmith on the 8th September. The course trainer and content were excellent. The course made me feel very empowered and I can’t wait to get stuck in . Thankyou again

Bedfordshire Police - First Aid at Work Requalification March 2011

I also attended your First Aid course refresher recently which I have to say was excellent and was made so easy and helpful. The trainer was great and made the course fun and very productive. I would like to thank you for this and a thank you message passed on to the trainer. This comes from all who attended the course and the feedback I have heard has all been very positive.
