Feedback from a 7303 course for the Met Police Sept 08
...... formally recognise the contribution the A.I.D Training and particularly, Bob Turner have made to our development as training providers within our organisation.
I know you will be aware of Bob’s attributes both as a trainer and ambassador for your organisation, but I wanted to acknowledge his professionalism and skill in delivering a product to a seasoned audience of practitioners such that he found on meeting us last Monday. Bob appreciated that most, if not all of us were already delivering training and had been trained internally to do so. The 7303 will enable us to deliver to other police forces, knowing that we have a recognised trainer qualification. Although Bob delivered the course in full, he understood that we were familiar with some of the content and so he was able to develop our understanding even further, ensuring all were motivated and engaged throughout the course. His personable approach, sense of perspective and good humour matched the audience perfectly.
I will be reviewing our further training needs in the coming weeks, but in the meantime wanted to take the opportunity to show our appreciation for the way the course was delivered.
