Feedback from our HSE Monitoring Visit

On the 4th August the HSE carried out a monitoring visit on one of our FAW courses in London – here is what they said:

“All criteria for the visit were met in full. There was an extensive and detailed recording system in use, which made the monitoring of this organisation very straightforward. A very enjoyable course delivered by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer, who was able to draw on his own knowledge and experience. Dealt with questions well and ensured all students were fully involved in the training. Practical sessions were well planned and supervised.”

Feedback from a course on 23-26 June

Just a quick line to thank you for all your help with organising the training we have just completed.
I have to say that John is one of the best trainers I have ever been trained by in my 11 years at the NEC.
His professionalism and delivery were excellent. He is a great credit to your company (which already had an excellent reputation here as Jayne Tomkinson would probably confirm).

Barking & Dagenham Council

I personally wanted to say thanks for all of your hard work and dedication to the Occupational Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team. I have enjoyed working with you all over the last couple of years and feel that your continued professionalism has helped us to develop our outstanding in-house training provision - thanks!
