First Aid for Door Supervisors


An approved Emergency First Aid course, adapted to suit the particular needs of Door Supervisors. The course is run over one day, or two evenings by arrangment, and includes both theory and practical sessions, in a relaxed atmosphere, designed to boost a candidate's confidence.

The Syllabus Includes:

- First Aid Priorities
- Managing Incidents
- Control of Bleeding
- Basic Life Support
- Overdoses
- Unconsciousness
- Examination of a Casualty
- Recording and Reporting
- Burns and Scalds
- Regulations
- First Aid Kits

Certification is dependent on successful continuous assessment of the student, there is no formal final examination. Those students who complete the course and are deemed to have reached the required standard are issued with a certificate that is valid for a period of three years.

Cost
The cost of this course for up to 14 candidates is £395 + VAT when run at your venue over one day. If the course is split over two evenings the cost is £450 + VAT. This includes certification and a manual for each student.
