To become a Food Safety Instructor....

1. Recent experience (within the last 3 years)in either food manufacturing or catering depending upon which sector you wish to train in
2. A training qualification i.e. City and Guilds 7303 (PTLLS) please click the link below if you need this qualification

3. A Level Three or higher Qualification in Food Safety
i.e.The CIEH Level 3 or 4 Qualification in Food Safety
Meeting all 3 criteria you are then equipped to contact the CIEH for registration as a trainer to deliver the lower Levels in Food Safety.
