Paediatric First Aid Instructors Course
The course is run over three days and covers two essential areas:
- Two days of in-depth first aid knowledge-designed to give students the extra knowledge to enable them to train paediatric first aid effectively
- One day of teaching and training practice. Students will deliver one training session each this will be assessed, and feedback given to the potential instructor, by a senior member of Aid Training.
Please Note
This course does not qualify people to train First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid if you wish to train these courses you should attend the First Aid and AED Instructors course.
Students coming on this course should have completed a paediatric first aid course beforehand to give themselves some background information.
How Much Does it Cost?
The cost of this course when attending an open course is £295 + VAT per student. This covers certification, manuals and tea/coffee. Please note that it does not include any meals or accommodation. In addition all students will receive a Paediatric First Aid Instructors disk that includes all that is needed to train both the one and two day courses.
