7303 / PTLLS Feedback Oct 2010
Just wanted to drop you a line to compliment the training delivered by Ian Buckley in respect of the PTTLS.
I thought the delivery by Ian was aptly pitched and his personable nature made it an interactive, fun and engaging course; notwithstanding the key learning imparted upon me and the other delegates (who admittedly added to the environment and humour!).
Just thought you'd appreciate the feedback.
