Training
The standard of medical training offered in the UK differs greatly and is not always relevant to situations outside the normal working environment. For example, little or nothing is taught with reference to mine and ballistic trauma, environmental emergencies and tropical disease, all of which may be encountered by the person operating in a remote or hostile environment.
AID Training and operations provide a range of medical training courses that are designed to meet the requirements of those operating within hostile and high pressure environments where normal medical backup facilities are either scarce or non-existent.
Our courses always include:
Qualified in-date instructors |
High quality instruction, using information technology, over head projection and slide shows |
Numerous relevant practical scenarios designed to get the maximum 'hands on' experience |
Input from medical practitioners |
Basic First Aid through to more advanced trauma treatments |
UK recognised certification as appropriate |
Bespoke training for client groups and specific medical scenarios |
