I would just like to thank you personally for the course that I attended last week. I have just left the military and attended a great deal of courses in the last three years. The instructors course that I did was up there with the best. From the time I first enquired about the courses you run until I left on Friday, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were extremely professional.
